Tuition-reduction System

Regular students from overseas who need financial aid can apply for assistance, which reduces the tuition by 30%.

Ernestina Ramallo Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was founded in memory of Madre Ernestina Ramallo, an Argentinian who founded Seisen University in 1950. Every year five regular students are selected, based on academic excellence and financial need. The scholarship is good for one year.

Seisen International Scholarship(Seisen Kokusai Koryu Kikin Scholarship)

Students from overseas who have excellent academic records and who need financial aid can apply for this scholarship to cover the tuition partially. Exchange students may apply for the scholarship only if the agreement between the home institution and Seisen University does not include tuition waiver.

Seisen Reisen-kai Scholarship

Upon recommendation by a partner university or college, this scholarship is offered to one or two exchange students per partner institution. The amount is ¥40,000 or ¥20,000 per month, and can be offered for up to 10 months.
